Commonwealth College of Technology: Accreditation in view

The highly anticipated Team from The National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) in Nigeria arrived Gboko in the afternoon of 16th April, 2021. They soon began the work for which they had come. The two man delegation started by a warm meeting with the proprietor of the College, Prof. Sen. David Iornem in his office close to the College campus.

They were briefed on the work done so far for actualization of the accreditation from NBTE and the tour of facilities they will be inspecting the following day. After the welcome meeting and chatting the delegation was giving a little treat of Benue Culinary flavor, and then they retired to their hotel rooms.

On the 17th was the inspection proper. The team began with the HODs' offices, then Lecture Halls and the Labs and theaters. They took the whole day confirming and noting changes and improvement to be made. At the end of the day, the delegation submitted a copy of their findings and recommendations to the proprietor of Commonwealth College of Technology.
